Legal & Transfer Requirements
All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. Missouri residents, or customers purchasing long guns, may be eligible for transfer at our licensed premises.
At the time of transfer, the purchaser is required to complete all applicable paperwork and successfully pass a background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the firearm is legal to own in their state and locality prior to placing an order. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are legally eligible to possess firearms and that the selected configuration complies with all applicable regulations.
