At Rock ’n’ Roll Firearms, we stand behind the products we sell and build. Because firearms, firearm parts, custom builds, special-order items, and regulated products require special handling, our refund and return policy is more limited than a standard retail return policy.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • Uninstalled
  • Unaltered
  • In the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

All returns must be approved by us before being shipped back.

Custom Guns, Custom Builds, and Special Orders

Custom firearms, custom builds, modified firearms, built-to-order items, and special-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation once work has begun or the item has been ordered.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom-built firearms
  • Customer-requested configurations
  • Built-to-order rifles or pistols
  • Cerakote, engraving, coating, or other custom finish work
  • Special-order firearms, parts, or accessories
  • Items ordered specifically for a customer
  • Any firearm transferred to the customer through an FFL

Once a firearm has been transferred to the buyer, it is considered accepted by the buyer and cannot be returned for a refund.

Firearms

All firearm sales are subject to federal, state, and local laws.

Firearms may not be returned once they have been transferred to the buyer by an FFL.

Before accepting transfer of a firearm from your receiving FFL, please inspect the firearm carefully. Once the transfer is completed, the firearm is considered accepted.

If there is an issue with a firearm before transfer, contact us immediately so we can review the situation.

Manufacturer warranty issues may need to be handled directly through the firearm manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom firearms
  • Built-to-order firearms
  • Special-order items
  • Firearms after transfer
  • Ammunition
  • Primers, powder, or other hazardous materials
  • Serialized firearm parts after transfer
  • Installed or used parts
  • Items that have been modified, altered, damaged, or assembled
  • Clearance, closeout, or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items returned without prior approval

Defective or Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

Do not ship any item back without first contacting us and receiving return authorization.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received the returned item.

We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for items that:

  • Are not returned in original condition
  • Are missing packaging, parts, manuals, or accessories
  • Show signs of handling or use
  • Are returned damaged for reasons not due to our error

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or card statement again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges

We may exchange eligible items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Do not send items back without prior approval.

Return Shipping

To return an approved item, you will be provided return instructions after contacting us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

Firearm Return Shipping

Firearms and serialized items must be shipped in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Do not ship a firearm or serialized item back to us without receiving specific return instructions.

Firearms may need to be returned through an FFL depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if the item has not shipped, work has not begun, and the item has not been specially ordered for the customer.

Custom builds, special orders, and built-to-order items cannot be cancelled once work has started or the item has been ordered.
